[CHI] Aerial Yoga + A Conversation on Asian American Identity

  • AIR® Aerial Fitness 2217 North Clybourn Avenue Chicago, IL, 60614 United States (map)

Join The Cosmos in Chicago as we slow down our thoughts and get reflective through the practice of aerial yoga, followed by food and a community conversation on Asian American identities.

This event is for all self-identified Asian womxn to come relax, stretch, and build community. We aim to create a safe, dedicated space to get in tune with our bodies and to ask questions and talk openly about our struggles, anxieties, hopes, dreams, and experiences.

  • 1-1:20pm: Introductions and Community Time
